Shipping Policy – Pressus

At Pressus, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Transparency regarding delivery times is our priority.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
  • Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you immediately.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

The total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the transit time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, courier disruptions, or extreme weather may occasionally cause delays.

3. Shipping Address & Order Changes

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Correction Window: If you notice an error, please email support@pressusstore.com within 24 hours.
  • Address Verification: If our system flags an incomplete address, we will contact you. If we receive no response within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled for your protection.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • UK Orders: No customs or import fees apply.
  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (the statutory limit), you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Missing Items: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office first.
  • Liability: Under UK Consumer Law, Pressus is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to your door or a nominated safe place. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
