Welcome to Pressus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pressusstore.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We operate as a business-to-consumer (B2C) retailer. Products are for personal use and not for resale. If you have questions, please contact us. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the item(s). You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A legally binding contract is formed only when we:

  • Dispatch the goods (and send a shipping confirmation); or
  • Otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payments taken for the unavailable item(s).

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • An item is out of stock;
  • There is an obvious pricing or description error;
  • We cannot verify payment or shipping details;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud;
  • The quantities appear inconsistent with personal consumer use (e.g., bulk purchasing for resale).

If we cancel after taking payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and Sales Tax Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed.

  • Sales Tax: For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.
  • No Hidden Fees: The total price (including shipping and tax) will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Import Duties (International Orders) If you are ordering from outside the United States (and we ship from a US facility), or if we ship to you directly from an international warehouse, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Payment We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Pricing Errors If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we may:

We aim to describe products accurately, including key specifications and what is included in the box. Product images are for illustration; color/finish may vary slightly due to device display settings or manufacturer updates.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Risk of Loss All items purchased from Pressus are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process, timelines, and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Return Window: You generally have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Defective Items: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 72 hours for a replacement or refund.

Unlike in the UK, US law does not provide an automatic "cooling-off" period. Your right to return is governed strictly by our Returns Policy.

9. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews or content:

  • It must be honest, lawful, and not infringing on any third-party rights;
  • You grant Pressus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for business purposes.

DMCA Notice: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please contact our support team with a valid DMCA takedown notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, software) is owned by Pressus or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You must not:
