I was initially skeptical of products like this - but that's partially because I wasn't sure how this would feel using this and whether or not it would be painful. After letting it warm up (you also NEED to leave this plugged in by the way as it's NOT battery powered), this worked incredible well from the first time I used it.It's lightweight, and the switch operation (combined with the VERY simple indicator lights) makes it very simple to use - there's also a bit of a fan that helps with keeping your skin cool. It's a very localised device so you've got to point it at exactly where you need to have hair removed from - and don't forget to miss a patch!. Thankfully it's light weight and aside from needing to leave it plugged to a mains supply, it is fairly portable. Additionally, this will save SO much money in the long run for me and is much more convenient than visiting a beauty salon.It's not a 'one and done' type of machine however, you've got to use it over a few weeks intermittently to help reduce visible hair in the places that you don't want it to so you've got to keep that in mind if you're expecting instant results - I had to use mine for 2 weeks before I noticed a substantial difference.That aside, the build quality is very solid and there's plenty of adjustability in the product itself that is really user friendly and easy to use. Would recommend!

The cooling technology makes a noticeable difference in comfort level compared to other IPL devices we have. Results do take a month, the battery life itself is sufficient for an entire session assuming full charge.

My wife has been wanting one of these for a while as going to a beautician can be expensive and a little intrusive if you're shy about these things, which she is.She has been using it for a few months now and is very impressed with the results. She says it isn't an instant solution, but with patience it works very well and isn't painful like other methods of hair removal are.When it arrived she was expecting it to take up a lot of time, but she says the amount of time spent using it each week isn't much to get the results she is seeing. It doesn't take a long time to get done the areas that need to be done, and so is easy to fit in around her other tasks.The regrowth results have been impressive. Normally she has regrowths very quickly, and using other methods this can take time to keep on top of, but with this the time has been greatly reduced, and in some areas eliminated.The device is easy enough to use, which is a good job as my wife is definitely not technical.It isn't a rechargeable device so you need to be near a power source, but this means it is always fully powered, which I am sure helps with getting results. Yes, rechargeable would have been nice, but not at the expense of it working well.All in all she is very impressed. She does stress that it isn't instant so a little patience is required, but if you take your time, most people should get results.

Impressed with this hair removal tool. Its easy to use and quite effective. I'm starting to see results after only a few uses. Comes with protective glasses. Hair removal is pain free and its great value for money.
